Customer Service & Returns

Any claims for incorrect, damaged, or defective items must be submitted to our customer service team immediately and no later than 30 days after the product has been received.

Only unused products will be accepted for refunds.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Claims determined to be our error will be covered at our expense.

Wrong Address
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for the reshipment costs once we have confirmed the updated address with you.

Unclaimed
Shipments that go unclaimed will be returned to our facility, and you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.
